We aim to produce all of our products to the highest quality standards. We hand make our blends in small batches from the freshest, highest grade ingredients possible, and will not send product out unless we are 100% happy with the quality and consistency of a batch. Should you find any issue with your product when it arrives to you, please advise as at your earliest convenience so that we may investigate and rectify your issue, and make arrangement for a replacement to be sent to you, or a refund to be issued, with our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please note that all freight requires insurance for you to be protected against transit loss or damage – this is added on optionally in the checkout phase of your purchase, unless your selected shipping option states that insurance has already been included in the cost of your freight. Please not that ‘authority to leave’ will void any freight insurance – all insured orders require a chain of custody right up to your signature on delivery. Australia Post does, in many instances, include insurance up to the value of $100 on their shipments, so if your order is under this value you will likely have sufficient automatic cover.
It is with our deepest sympathy that we advise that we are unable to offer returns on any products, due to the nature of our products. We take the greatest care with all of our products, from ingredient selection, through manufacturing, storage of made products right up to transit of your order to our delivery partners – to ensure that your product has not been exposed to undue heat, or any other element which may negatively effect the quality of product you are providing to your equine companion. For this reason, once products have left us on their journey to you, we are not able to offer returns on your items. We would not sell you a product which has possibly been left out in the sun, or in a hot vehicle, and nor would we risk this with any of our valued customers. We hope you can understand our point of view on this issue.
